Learn moreWhat is Next for Jedediahs
For nearly 50 years, Jedediah’s has been part of the Jackson community. From our early days on the town square to years of service at the airport, our focus has always been the same: show up, serve well, and take care of people. After 19 years at the Jackson Hole Airport, that chapter has come to a close. We’re incredibly proud of what our team built there. For over 6,975 days, we showed up without missing a single opening, serving travelers, locals, and airport staff through early mornings, long days, and everything in between. Now, our focus is on what’s ahead. Jedediah’s has grown far beyond any single location. Today, our work spans full-service catering, corporate food programs, private aviation, in-home dining, and wholesale food production across Jackson and Aspen. From weddings and events to daily meal programs and large-scale operations, we build flexible, reliable food service designed to meet people where they are. A lot of people know Jed’s from one part of the business. What’s changed is the scale and range of what we offer. We partner with businesses, production teams, and hospitality groups to support food service behind the scenes. We cater events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large, multi-day productions. We provide grab-and-go programs and wholesale products that keep operations running smoothly. And we continue to show up for our community in the same way we always have. What started in 1989 as Jedediah’s House of Sourdough has grown into something much bigger, but the foundation remains the same: quality food, consistent service, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re just getting started. Stay tuned for what’s to come!

A huge congratulations to Jeanette Hodges Tindell, who is now a part-owner of Jedediah’s. Jeanette has been part of the Jed’s family for nearly 15 years, growing from a part-time role into leading operations across both the restaurant and the airport. Her path reflects the kind of growth, commitment, and care that define our team. Throughout her time at Jed’s, Jeanette has been a steady force behind the scenes. She’s helped shape how we operate day-to-day, as well as the culture that makes Jedediah’s so special. As she puts it, “It’s all about the people.” From supporting her team to creating a positive, high-energy environment, her leadership has always been grounded in showing up for others. Her standards are just as clear. “If I won’t eat it, I don’t want it out there.” That mindset has guided the quality and consistency our customers experience every day, along with her belief that great service is just as important as great food. Jeanette didn’t originally come to Jackson for Jed’s, but it quickly became a reason to stay. What started as a job turned into a career, a community, and a place where she built her life. Now, as she steps into ownership, it feels like a natural next chapter. It’s a reflection of years of dedication, leadership, and the impact she’s had on both the team and the business. Congratulations, Jeanette. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
