For more than 19 years, Jedediah’s operated the terminal concession at Jackson Hole Airport. During that time, our team completed more than 6,975 consecutive days of operation without missing an opening.

Our Jackson terminal concession ended in April 2026, but Jedediah’s remains active in aviation food service. We continue to operate concessions at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport and provide private jet catering in both Jackson and Aspen.
