About Us
Jedediah’s is committed to serving a fresh taste of the Old West with quality food, unwavering customer service, and earth-friendly operations. We offer full-service catering, concessions, and retail and wholesale products.
We work hard every day to deliver experiences, from the first cup of coffee in an airport terminal to the final toast at a mountain wedding, to a carefully packed in-flight order, to a beautifully provisioned private home — every experience carries our signature of care.

Committed to Community
We began in 1980 as Jedediah’s House of Sourdough on Jackson’s Town Square, founded by a couple of young restaurant workers with a dream.
Our success over the past 40 years comes from both our dedicated team and the community that supports us. Our team stays involved and gives back. Jed’s has contributed over a quarter of a million dollars in financial and in-kind donations to local organizations and charities in the past decade. From sponsoring events to assisting nonprofits and supporting neighbors in need, we show up for our community just as our team shows up for our customers every day.
Every meal we serve, every event we cater, and every concession we operate reflects our commitment to people and place. Whether you’re grabbing a meal at the airport, hosting an event, or enjoying a catered dinner at home, you’re supporting a business that cares deeply about its team, customers, and community.
