This season, the Jedediah’s food truck is spending time at Spring Creek Ranch, bringing a casual, scenic dining option to one of the most beautiful spots in the valley. Our food truck is a great stop to add to your summer plans, whether you’re staying nearby, spending the day exploring, or just looking for a relaxed place to grab a bite. We will be there from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday this summer.

Our food truck menu may vary, but guests can expect hearty, crowd-pleasing options such as brisket or pork sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, fries, cookies, and more.
